This positions requires the ability to work as a team player as well as independently.
The Internet Sales Coordinators utilize their selling ability, computer skills, courteous phone manner, and positive attitude to get clients in the door.
Required duties include handling inbound and outbound calls, follow-up calls, emails, and texts, with a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with each and every customer.
Job Description:
Answer incoming phone calls.
Make required amount of outbound calls.
Log all activity within database.
Be persistent with customer database.
Work with Sales Department to keep processes moving.
Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
Respond to customer website requests.
Assist with other duties, as assigned.
Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
Job Requirements:
Customer Service experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have strong computer and phone skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a background check.
Professional personal appearance.
Saturdays are mandatory.
