Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist to add to our team of professionals. This position will work in our Outpatient Program at our Warrick County (Boonville, IN) office.
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus 50% paid at 90 days and 50% paid at 180 days of full-time employment.

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
  • Provide individual, family and group therapy to children and adults on an outpatient basis.
  • Both mental health and addictions treatment will be included.
  • Position also provides clinical assessment, crisis intervention and treatment services to assigned outpatient populations to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.

WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
  • Applicants must have a Master's degree in Social Work, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
  • Applicant must have knowledge of relevant clinical issues and 12-step programs.
  • Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
